Originally opened in 1886 as the Mt Eden Post Office this wonderful building was transformed into De Post Belgian Beer Café in 2000. The interior, fully imported from Belgium, offers an authentic European feeling across two bar areas & a sunny outside balcony.
We proudly serve authentic Belgian cuisine complimented by an extensive selection of fine Belgian beers & some of the best wines from NZ & Australia. We recommend you try our signature steaming mussel pots and famous mussel platters.
We are open Monday to Friday from 11am till late and from 930am to late on weekends. We specialise in hosting fabulous functions.
