As part of our services, we accept payments through our mobile loyalty app portal, invoice portal and our website’s function booking portal. Through these, we will collect some of your information. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancelled functions can have a significant impact on our business as bookings often prevent normal trading from being carried out. As a result, once your deposit is paid to confirm a function, refunds will not normally be provided. We will consider providing a refund on a case by case basis and if cancellation is advised no less than 60 days prior to the function.
In all situations we will meet our obligations as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Booking Terms and Conditions
The full deposit and function confirmation form must be received within 7 days of verbal confirmation of a booking otherwise the booking time will be released to other patrons.  We reserve the right to make the booking available to other patrons if, after reasonable attempts, we are unable to contact the client.
A booking is confirmed when the deposit has been received.

Information and security

Access to and updating of information
You may request at any time to see the personal information that we hold on your behalf, or to correct or update any personal information (to the extent that You are unable to do so on the app or website). You may request this via manager@depost.co.nz.

Storage and Security of Information
Your personal information is stored with Loke Digital in Australia. Security is very important to us, and we have implemented security measures to encrypt your data any time it is travelling over the unsecured internet.
Although we take action to minimise the risk of data loss or security breach, given the unsecure nature of the internet, we cannot give absolute assurance. Transmission of Your personal information is at Your risk, and You should only provide us with personal information from a secure environment.

Storage of Credit Card details
De Post 2005 Ltd. does not store Your credit card or any other payment card details. We use Stripe (http://stripe.com/nz), Fat Zebra (https://www.fatzebra.com.au/) and Swipe HQ (http://swipehq.co.nz) for our payment processing and they securely store Your details.
