How do I join PostCard?

It's quick, easy and completely free to join the PostCard loyalty programme! You'll even get $10 in welcome points just for joining, ready to use straight away!

Simply head to the registration page and fill in your details. You'll receive a confirmation email – just click the link to activate your membership and you're ready to start earning rewards straight away.

No cards to carry or apps to download. All you need is your name!

How do I earn and redeem points?

With PostCard, you earn rewards every time you visit De Post!

For every $10 you spend, you'll earn 1 point worth $1 towards your next visit.

To earn or redeem points, simply give our team your name before you pay. They'll take care of the rest.

Where can I use my PostCard rewards?

PostCard is the loyalty programme for De Post Belgian Beer Café in Mt Eden, Auckland. You can earn and redeem your points whenever you visit us.

How do I check my points balance?

Simply log in to your PostCard account using the email address and password you registered with. From your dashboard, you can view your points balance and transaction history. You can also ask our team about your points when you're next at De Post.

Do my points expire?

Yes, PostCard points are valid for 12 months. Make sure you pop in regularly to enjoy your rewards!

What happens if I haven't used my membership for a while?

PostCard is designed to reward our regular customers. If you haven't earned or redeemed points for 12 months, your membership may be deactivated.

I’ve forgotten my password, how do I access my dashboard?

No problem! Just click the 'Forgot your password?' link on the PostCard login page and you’ll be sent an email with instructions to reset it.

Do I need a physical loyalty card?

Not at all! PostCard is completely digital. Simply tell our team your name when you pay and we'll take care of the rest.

Can I still use my old Stash Loyalty points?

PostCard is our new loyalty programme, replacing Stash at De Post. Your old Stash membership and points don't automatically transfer across, but we'd love you to join PostCard and start enjoying new rewards with us.
