How do I get a Stash Loyalty card?

Just come in to your local venue and ask a member of staff. They’ll give you a card and, once you’ve registered, you can start earning points straight away!

How do I earn and redeem points?

To earn and redeem points, you’ll need to register the card. To do this, just head to www.stashloyalty.co.nz and click on the link ‘Need to create an account? Register here’. You’ll be asked to enter your details and create a password for your account. Once you’ve completed this process, you’re ready to start earning and redeeming. Simply present the card to the staff at the venue every time you make a purchase. If you want to redeem using your points, let the staff member know.

Where can I use my Stash Loyalty card?

Stash Loyalty cards can be used at The Paddington, Malt Public House, De Fontein Belgian Beer Café and De Post Belgian Beer Café so that you can earn and redeem points at whichever venue you choose.

How do I check my points balance?

Once you’ve registered your card, you can return to the Stash website, and log in with your email and the password you created when you registered. This will take you to your Stash dashboard where you can see your transactions and points balance.

Do my points expire?

Yes, Stash points expire after 12 months

I’ve forgotten my password, how do I access my dashboard?

No problem, just click the ‘Forgot your password?’ link when you go to the login panel on the Stash Loyalty website and a password reset link will be sent to your email address. Please just follow the instructions in the email you receive.

I’ve lost my Stash Loyalty Card? What do I do?

Come in and let a staff member know at the bar. We’ll replace your Stash loyalty card and transfer your points to your new card.
